Four years ago, my husband and I moved into a promising but very rundown older townhouse that we thought had great potential. Today we are proud owners of a totally renovated house plus garden. We even have a "little Oval" to commemorate the 2010 games. This year we put an "above - ground" veggie garden that we feel is a great idea for those with bad backs and also space saving factor that all our neighbors love. Colourful perenials, annuals, night lights and bird baths enhance this small, but compact wonderful back garden.
