Bren's Giant Cabbage

My 9 year old daughter grew this cabbage for a contest at school. The contest was cancelled not long after it started due to a regional drought. However, she continued to water and fertilize her cabbage. We had enough cabbage to share with friends, family and the guinea pig!

The cabbage is as big as Brenyn is sweet!!! Perserverence pays off! I got to enjoy this cabbage when her mom gave me some and I fried it up with some onions and bacon grease and it was fantastic!!!!
