Ichiban Eggplant Flower

As you probably know, these plants grow very close to the ground and the leaves hang everywhere. In order to take an unobscured photo of the flower, I had to lay on my back on the ground and shoot up. It was a little awkward but I think it was worth it. It's a beautiful flower!

so many times people don't even think of our vegtables as haveing wonderful flowers, but you know as well as I do that they are as great as the ormental ones in our flower beds.
