Judging starts Oct 1 and will run for 2 weeks ending Oct 14.  You vote on the picture by making a comment under it.

Readers vote by making comments on each entry.  Entries with the most number of comments gets into  finals (always assuming they are good comments) :-)  Doug can also enter pics into finals.

Decision of judge is final.  (Doug is judge)
