You must have taken the picture in spring 2009
It can be of any flowering plant in your garden
You have to have taken it
You have to agree to let me post it here and show folks in my newsletter. (a non-exclusive electronic license for those two uses - uploading your picture signifies you agree to let me use your picture in these two ways)
