This is my absolute favorite plant in the spring! I have it bordering my yard and the color just makes me smile when I look at it. Does anyone know what it is??

Leafy Spurge?

Its kind of hard to tell without a closeup of the flowers, but I do believe this may be a leafy spurge (Euphorbia esula). It grows wild all over the place around here, too, and when I was younger, I used to dig it up from the back forty of our farm and plant it in my mother's flowerbeds. She was not impressed!
