what to build my organic garden with

I am creating an organic garden on concrete, and would like to know what is the best material to build it with in regards to ties. I understand jasper is a good option, ubut it is costly and I have heard it only last 2-3 years. is their something that will last longer that will also be safe for my little plants?


Doug says he has never heard of "jasper" but he'd suggest cedar if you want to have a really long-lasting and good looking raised gardening bed.
