wind chimes

While wnd chimes are not plants they are very popular and in most gardens. I started years ago with a maple tree at the front of my home. Over the years it has blosomed into the home for about 25 wind chimes. I didn't realize how it well it was known untill one day I was in the LCBO and was discussing a paticular rum with another customer. Some how gardening came up (perhaps because I was filthy and fresh from the garden) and it segued into the chimes. She looked at me and said ' Your the chime tree' I said no I wasn't but I could introduce her to it if she wished. Long story short, she has now added her own chimes to the tree and is a permenant and welcome resident. Maybe chimes could be used as a gift for your single friends?
